The Autumn Ridge Homeowners’ Association (ARHOA) Board of Directors (BoD) is comprised of five volunteer members and two members-at-large, who are residents of the community. Executive positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer serve one-year terms confirmed by vote by current ARHOA BoD members at the first annual meeting every calendar year.

Autumn Ridge is located in Stafford, VA, approximately 35 miles south of Washington, DC. First formed in 1997, we are comprised of 306 homes and our amenities include a tennis court and basketball court.
